Main window resize broken with floating windows and PySide 6.11.1

Description
Dragging model panel out of main window then resizing main window does not update layout of main window panels with PySide.  This is the same bug as reported before with PyQt, ticket #20548.

I reverted the commits that updated us to Qt 6.11.1, so the next daily build on 8 July should have PyQt6 6.10.2
