Hi Disha,

Thanks for reporting this problem. I don't see any actual error message in the report. What happened?
Also, I guess I would suggest not sending the output from Contacts to the log for such a large system. Having such a huge log will negatively impact the responsiveness of ChimeraX and may have caused whatever problem you had. Try saving the output to a file instead.
