ChimeraX reported the problem in its Log window:

Try updating your graphics driver.

This means your computer graphics driver is not capable of running ChimeraX. The OpenGL version ChimeraX requires 3.3 was released 15 years ago so almost all computers support it. Perhaps if you updated your graphics driver it would support OpenGL 3.3.
