ChimeraX crashed in the Qt window toolkit while you were running an AlphaFold prediction. There is no indication of what caused the crash. Do you recall interacting with ChimeraX (any mouse events, iconifying, moving windows, clicking) that you were doing right before the crash?

This is almost certainly a Qt window toolkit bug.
