Discussion

• Progress on DockerHub ChimeraX
  • Zach has Linux Dockerhub ChimeraX images up for PDBe in AMD64 and ARM architectures.
  • Have daily and latest tags.
  • Old images are currently kept.
  • Zach saw no limit on disk use for the Dockerhub account.

• When to start release candidates.
  • Plan to make ChimeraX 1.12 release in early June.
  • Start release candidates in two weeks May 4.
  • Eric will have match-align ready for release.
  • Tom will have new mutation score tools ready.

• CGL email server
  • Discussed CGL email not getting a 1 year shutdown delay.
  • Greg suggests we should get chimerax.org domain name for future ChimeraX developers and maintainers.

• Match-Align
  • Eric working on fancy composite options widgets.

• Mutation scores visualization
  • Tom updating documentation for mutation score tools including new heatmaps.
  • Will have Elaine make official documentation for June ChimeraX release.
