There are two types of display options, those that act as on/off toggles and those that vary over a range of values. For the toggle type of option, set with the appropriate keyword enables the option and ~set keyword or unset keyword disables the option. For the value type of option, set keyword value sets the value while set keyword displays the current value.

The former value-type option with keyword linewidth has been reimplemented as the command linewidth.
