Hi!

I would like to know how peak heights are determined in SPARKY. Within
relaxation analysis (rh) routine, is the peak height measured exactly
at one location defined by the peak or is it averaged over a grid
around that point?

From http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/home/sparky/manual/extensions.html#RelaxFit

The volumes of assigned peaks only mode uses peak volumes instead of
heights in the fit. Only assigned peaks that have a volume will be used.
Like the case of peak heights, the assignments are used to find the
corresponding peaks in the different spectra. If a spectrum has no
matching assigned peak or that peak does not have a volume then it will
be left out of the fit. The data value for that spectrum will be shown
as N/A (not available) in the list of fit peaks.

I assume that height and volume refer to the values you find in the
peaklists.
