already got success ! :)
But the real problem was in saving correctly the peaks apart from the
spectra as a separate file.
What do you mean saying that I have some problems in the file about hr/lf ?

probably hard return/linefeed
dos/win text file lines end with rn (carriage return + newline)
unix text files end with only newline.

which implies that it could be a window/unix problem.

maybe you should post an example of the file your trying to import.
