I wrote down responses but somehow they do not show up so I rewrite.
If you have very similar one in the BMRB, I recommend using ta with the BMRB code at the bottom.
Simulate peaks with labels onto N-HSQC first, do a little peak replacement, and do cu (center and untag) or ut (untag). Peak remaining peaks in N-HSQC by hand, and use ta for CBCA(CO)NH and HNCACB. Again, peak remainders in the 3D experiments, and run PINE-SPARKY.2 with pre-assignment option turned on. This will be the fastest way.

APES not only picks local maxima, but also compares peaks in other experiments. It utilizes typical characteristics, so it introduces significantly less noise peaks. The reason you dont get peaks, I presume you have flipped intensity signs.
