In itself, not that bad, but there are downstream issues when Segmentations dialog remains despite lack of associated models.  Maybe the tool interface should go away?  At the very least, the list of segmentations should be cleared when they are no longer open.

The downstream problems are when you open another DICOM dataset when the Segmentations dialog is still present.  Guess I'll make that a separate ticket but it is really a follow-on to this one."	defect	closed	moderate		DICOM		fixed						all	ChimeraX
