9786	Release Clipper version for ChimeraX with Python 3.11	Tom Goddard	tcroll@…	"It would be useful to have Clipper available on the Toolshed for ChimeraX daily builds (which use Python 3.11).  This would help make sure it is available and working correctly when ChimeraX 1.7 releases in December 2023.

Mike Schmid, a cryo-tomography researcher at Stanford Linear Accelerator was trying to use Quest VR which is only available ChimeraX daily builds, but wants to show maps calculated from .mtz files done by Clipper.  Not having Clipper working with the daily builds prevents this.  I backported the Quest tool to ChimeraX 1.6.  But I think our strategy on high utility stuff like Clipper would ideally be to keep it working with daily builds so that users of new features that are only in the daily build can still access the standard capabilities.
