933	Would like shift with non-uniform scaling for instances	Greg Couch	Tom Goddard	Would like non-uniform scaling support with a shift (analogous to the vec4 instance_shift_and_scale) in the vertex shader and in the Places class.  That would reduce the amount of data needed to instance boxes (2 vec3s instead of a mat4 instance_placement).
