9015	Download DICOM: visual indicator in tool that loading is occurring	Elaine Meng	Zach Pearson	"Since people may not be looking at the status line and realize why the dialog is blank for a couple of minutes, I think it would be really helpful to put a visual indicator somewhere in the Download DICOM GUI window itself.  I'm fairly agnostic as to what it should be, just thinking it would be nice if it were fairly obvious, like in the middle of the (currently empty) table, if possible, or if that's not possible, large enough so that somebody staring at the dialog will definitely see it.  Could be as simple as ""Loading... see ChimeraX status line"" or as fancy as something that updates, like the text currently in the main status line, or a progress bar.
