However, AlphaFold continuously fails when I try to predict. I have not changed any settings and the file path seems to be correct. I don't even know where to start troubleshooting, so any help is appreciated. I first updated to ChimeraX-1.5 to see if updating would re-install and fix the problem, but this did not work.
