Description
Load the attached file into ChimeraX and then try to run either the Surface Coulombic or Surface Hydrophobicity presets for NIH 3D and you will get the error. I suspect it is related to colinear atoms or some other strangeness with the coordinates of one or more atoms.
Found this from migration testing from 3DPX to NIH 3D.
