7753	Allow saving CCP4 maps with integer origin	Tom Goddard	Tom Goddard	Jaime Fraser wanted to open two CCP4 x-ray maps, align the first to the second and resample the first on the second to compare them in Coot.  Coot only understands CCP4 format integer origin, not the MRC format float origin that ChimeraX writes out.
