698	Make slider record button bring up movie option panel	meng@…	Tom Goddard	The coordinate set slider, map series slider, model series slider, and residue fit slider all have a movie record button.  But it doesn't allow you to set the movie options (framerate, supersample, quality, roundtrip, ...).  Would be nice if the button brought up a panel where you could set those options.  This is slightly inconvenient, requiring two button clicks to record the movie, but recording a movie is usually not a frequent operation, and is time consuming (usually 20 or more seconds), so it is probably sensible to always show the movie options and require a second click to start the recording.	enhancement	assigned	major		General Controls								all	ChimeraX
