Thanks! Both the IHM files and the following exercise with 1bna worked for me. Overall, the crosslinks command seems to be a general purpose command for analyzing distance restraints. Maybe actually doesn't have to be called 'crosslinks' ;-) For sure Xlink Analyzer version for ChimeraX could use this functionality.
