It’s not easy for me and perhaps users in general to tell which settings are global.  E.g. I can easily imagine that “pickable” might only apply to the specific volume models specified in the command, and not others currently or subsequently opened.   Is there some way to list the global options?

I’d already documented the following as global, so if the only other one is “pickable,” however, never mind the previous question:

showOnOpen
voxelLimitForOpen
showPlane
voxelLimitForPlane
dataCacheSize
