496	Toolshed does not indicate if tool was successfully installed	Tom Goddard	Conrad Huang	"Pressing the Download button on the ISOLDE toolshed entry gives no indication if the tool was successfully installed or not.  Currently it seems to not be working and no install is done, although it is hard to tell because I have an older version of ISOLDE installed.

At least a  log message should say if the tool installed or failed to install.
