Hello,

I use ChimeraX regularly on my laptop and have never encountered any issues. I recently purchased a new desktop (PC running Windows 10) and installed ChimeraX on it, but it is not loading structures that I try to open. When loading a .mrc file, the Volume Viewer appears but the main window does not change from the list of recently opened files (image attached).

The same files that do not open here work on this computer in regular Chimera as well as PyMol, and work on ChimeraX on my desktop.

Any troubleshooting advice would be appreciated.
