4589	PDB secondary structure info lost	Elaine Meng	Eric Pettersen	Non-alpha helix types and strand ordering and sheet membership from the HELIX and SHEET records are forgotten when a PDB file is read, and not included when a PDB file is written out.  I do not know if this also applies to mmCIF input/output but I suspect it does.
