Dear ChimeraX team,

Thank you for developing such amazing software! As a long-term Chimera and,
now, ChimeraX, user I can attest to its importance as a scientific tool for
interrogating 3D reconstructions and atomic models.

I would like to request that you replace the image of the developer team
with something more inclusive. While I appreciate that it is an image of
the team, the image does not represent the diversity of users for your
program or the scientific enterprise.  I don't want to downplay your
impact, but requiring users to see this image every time they open it can
be interpreted as a form of microaggression.

I will say that when you first release ChimeraX this image was nice to see
the people building the software. But now that I open it 10-20X per day, I
think changing the image/logo to an inclusive image would be a big step
forward.
