417	Help viewer suggestions	Elaine Meng	Conrad Huang	"In addition to bugs #370 and #374, here are some things that could possibly be improved with the Help viewer:

A. there is no field to enter a URL, or even just to show the URL of what you are viewing 
B. search field is confusing because it is in the place where one would normally enter an URL, and ""search"" is inside that field instead of in front of it.  If you erase the ""search"" then there is no indicator of what it is. Maybe there could be ""Search:"" before it?  If there were an URL entry field, the current search field behavior would be less confusing, though.
C. cannot refresh (e.g. after editing the HTML file it is showing)
