3802	Add to crash reporting the Python traceback	Tom Goddard	Tom Goddard	The Python faulthandler module can write the Python stack traceback to a file when a fatal signal is received (segfault, fpe, bus error, ...).  Enable this and check for such crash logs on startup.  This will help understand Mac crashes where we currently only get the C/C++ stack.
