3632	Update to Qt 5.15	Tom Goddard	Greg Couch	"We should update ChimeraX to use Qt 5.15 (released in May 2020) which is a longterm support version after we make the ChimeraX 1.1 release.  PyQt 5.15 is available.  We are currently using Qt 5.12.9 and PyQt 5.12.3.
