Description
I tried to follw the isolde tutorial flexible fitting on my linux laptop and clipped the commands, and the chimeraX was killed after command ""select #1; isolde sim start sel"". The message in the termial is ""Missing dihedral chi1 for residue F349: ASP

"". It is quite repeatable. and I don't have the problem in my mac or workstation running centos.
