Description
There are many warning compiling the atomic bundle on Windows.  Would be nice if it compiled more cleanly.  Some of the warnings look threatening like casting Bond * to long (which is 32-bit on Windows 10) and deserve a close look.

I've attached the Windows 10 build output (from vive.cgl.ucsf.edu).
