2569	Scroll ViewDockX table to show active row	phil.cruz@…	Conrad Huang	"Phil wants the ViewDockX table to scroll to show the active row when using the up/down arrow keys and the new mouse mode I added today that runs command viewdockx up/down to show the next ligand.

Currently the table does not scroll so the table values for the currently shown ligand are not visible after the arrow keys take you beyond what is initially shown in the table.

Hi Tom,

ViewDockX does provide a good way to view docking results, but I do have some suggestions for improvements. I think the most important thing would be the capability to use a controller to go through the list of poses row(s) by row(s), like you can do with the up and down arrows on the keyboard. It would help if the table would also scroll when doing this so that the currently visible pose (or at least one of them) is also visible in the table.

Maybe out of scope, but it would be great to have a simple way within VR to turn off and on the surface displays for the currently displayed row's protein and/or ligand.

Thanks,

Phil
