231	Build does not see atomstruct_cpp changes causing crashes	Tom Goddard	Eric Pettersen	"Changes to atomstruct_cpp followed by a compile often results in a crash as soon as a molecule is opened.  Doing a ""make clean"" in atomic and rebuilding fixes this.  Probably the trouble is that dependencies of some of the C++ code on template header files are not specified in the Makefile so changes to the templates don't cause everything to be rebuilt.  It would save a good bit of time if these dependencies were specified in the Makefile."	defect	closed	major		Build System		fixed						all	ChimeraX
