Description
Opening 6bb5 and hovering mouse shows atom balloon.  Then rotate and hover and atom balloon displays and vanishes in a fraction of a second and will never stay up.  It is reproducible every time on this old laptop machine.  But I do not see it at all with the same build on my iMac (Mojave).
