Description
Seems we have a cool feature where ChimeraX knows about commands from tools that are not installed such as isolde.  But if I try to use the command it just says ""Expected fewer arguments"".  I don't get a message saying the command is from an uninstalled bundle unless I attempt to use the command with no arguments.

I should get the uninstalled bundle message no matter what arguments are given to the command.
