1982	bond selection not shown as selection in Sequence Viewer	Elaine Meng	Eric Pettersen	Took me forever to figure out why when I selected a residue it wasn't shown as green on the sequence alignment... finally realized it works when I select an atom but not a bond.  In stick style it is a lot easier to select the bonds.  I can see there is ambiguity if you selected the bond between residues but seems like it should work at least for intraresidue bonds.  Maybe both residues should be selected if the bond between residues is selected, but I don't think that is a common situation so I don't feel strongly about it.	defect	closed	moderate		Sequence		fixed						all	ChimeraX
