in chimerax , modifiying a pdb, then saving it wipes out the segid

this was tested on ubuntu linux chimerax versions 1.9,1.10
as well as chimerax 1.5 on an old OSX

a similar process in chimera preserves the segid.

you can see this by loading a pdb, any modification, then save it
and it doesn't preserve segid.
