1682	Expose mmcif template functions to Python	Tristan Croll	Greg Couch	The C++ code in bundles/mmcif/mmcif_cpp covers the job of pulling .cif templates from the CCD and turning them into Residue objects, but this functionality isn't exposed to Python.
