Specifically, the software crashes when I use the ‘Find Cavities’ tool. The somewhat strange thing is that some structures can be processed normally, while others cannot and the programme closes, despite the fact that they are all protein structures generated in the same way and some of them are also different clusters of the same dynamics, some of which are processed and others are not.
