14	Optimize saving STL surface files	Tom Goddard	Tom Goddard	"Currently saving STL surface files is extremely slow.  A molecular surface of ribosome 3o5h takes at least 5 minutes to save (I'm still waiting for it to finish).  This is because each triangle is handled in a Python loop.  Would like this to take just an instant.  Should be possible with a little Numpy trickery or some C++.
