1339	Status messages fetching file do not appear on Windows 10	Tom Goddard	Tom Goddard	"When fetching a large file ""open 4v6s from eds"" (130 Mbytes) which downloads slowly from PDBe taking 10 minutes, the status progress messages stop appearing as soon as the ChimeraX window title bar says ""Not responding"".  The download continues but the status is frozen.  Apparently the Windows 10 display manager does not update the window drawing in this not-responding state.

Ideally we want to be able to halt such a long download.  So the best solution is probably to allow clicking a stop button to halt the download and that should keep the app in a responding state so status messages will appear.  Chimera does this with a stop button in the lower left corner in front of the status bar."	defect	assigned	moderate		Infrastructure				Conrad Huang				all	ChimeraX
