Hi Vicky,

This is probably a problem with your Chimera preferences file. If
you remove (or better just rename) your preferences file then Chimera
will create a new one. The preferences file is in your home directory
in the hidden directory ".chimera" on Mac and Linux.

To find the file on Windows start Chimera and use Favorites /
Preferences and it will be listed under Category Preferences.
