[Chimera-users] Proline sidechain broken (with backbone as a ribbon)?

Hi Vis,
It's OK -- I'm glad you found the solution!

Showing only the side chain is "smart" enough to include a bond to the backbone CA atom, but (as you saw) not the bond from the proline sidechain to the backbone N atom until that N atom is also displayed.
