Hi Navnit,

   Here is Python code that adds a keyboard shortcut to move selected 
markers to the local map maxima.

This zip file contains a directory MarkPeak that you place in your 
Chimera distribution in

	chimera/share

It adds a keyboard shortcut "mx" that moves selected markers to the 
local maximum.  You enable keyboard shortcuts with menu entries

	Tools / General Controls / Accelerators On

I have tested with Chimera versions 1.2318 and 1.2352.
