Process all your data with xfb nc_proc -number. What number to use as argument can be checked using topspin command dpp on any one of your data sets.
Bruker data is scaled post FT and sparky is not aware of this.
If you do the above the heights may or many not read the same but there will be consistency in heights when you fit your data.

Hi,

I have series of N15 relaxation dispersion experiments   which I   acquired   on a Bruker  spectrometer 850 MHz with   Topspin3.2. When the data is processed in   and imported in Sparky (direct read or bruk2ucsf), the intensity  for all residues shown in the Topspin3.2 and the data height values  determined from cross peaks in Sparky doesn’t match. Is the data heights from Bruker format are not getting translated correctly when integrated in Sparky. Can anyone suggest solution.

Thanks Regards
Arun
