Hi Andrew & Hoa,
Thank you for your replies, I am still fairly new to NMR, and have a ways to go before I understand it completely, and I really appreciate that there are people willing to help.
It looks like the problem was a missing -di flag on a PS function in the processing macro.
making that change had corrected the output and it looks great after conversion to the ucsf format.
Thanks again for your help,
-Charlie

Hi Charlie,
I had figured you probably had converted other spectra using the same method, but it was worth a shot.
In any case, Ive had a look at your processing macro. It appears to me that you never deleted the imaginaries in the direct (x) dimension, and I wonder if thats causing your problem in Sparky. The rest is probably ok, though I really was looking for something semi-obvious.
Cheers,
Andrew

Hello Andrew and Hoa,
Thank you for your replies.
I have tried both methods that you had suggested and the result is the
same as what I was getting from my original inputs.
