There is no Sparky tool to do this. You could write a Python script
that would allow Sparky to do it -- might take half a day if you knew a
good bit about Python and Sparky programming -- with less knowledge
might take weeks. The starting point is to look at the Sparky Python
functions listed in the distributed file
sparky/python/README
and examples of Sparky code that implement the existing extensions are

I would like to measure peak intensities in an HSQC spectrum as the
summed signal in windows of 53 (1H15N) points centered on the peak.
Could anyone give a detailed procedure on how to do this?
