I didnt use the chimera extension before. I can have a try and share
with you the success or failure. By the way, there is another
extension called peak list(shortcut keyLT). In this peaklist
extension, you can select a pdb structure file, and all the noe peaks
you assigned will display its distance in the structure. Maybe it
help.

Hello group,

Has anyone here used the chimera extension (accelerator = km) to map
residue assignments from NOESY spectra onto a structure using
chimera?
I would very much like to get this working on the systems here in
my
lab (Debian Linux and SGI IRIX). We are unfortunately getting
strange
errors with various chimera versions ranging from 1.892 to the most
recent release. I know the manual mentions several bug issues in
chimera involving the interface, I was just wondering if anyone out
here has gotten it to work at all and what else I could try to get
it
running.

Advice appreciated,
