pathname Save/../../processed_data/hnca.ucsf

now I find that after saving the project or save-file
the pathname is changed to the full path (but strangely
this doesnt seem to happen always).


This has to do with the case sensitive behaviour of the directory name
youre using; eg. use save instead of Save.
