Im back in protein NMR after a long time out of it. Pine seems to be a development since I was last in it. Question - when I submit to Pine autoassign and get back my results,
is iPine or Pine 2.0 the latest version? There is a citation on Pine 2.0 from 2010 and an iPine citation that is listed as in preparation. Its iPine that converts its pine assignments to Sparky assignments when you download the package from nmrfam_sparky.
