In the video, you used CBCACONH, HNCACB, and NHSQC for the automatic peak picking.

But in my case, I have a 15N-1H HSQC assignment and I want to assign HA,HB assignment by using 15N-1H HSQC assignments. For this, I run the expt HBHACONH and tried to pick the peaks in HBHACONH by APES to get strip plot but it asked to upload 13C HSQC( Loaded only NHSQC and HBHACONH). Is there any other command or way to do peak picking instead of uploading 13C HSQC?
