First, you can try to restore in pv window after loading your spectrum.

If that does not work, open only spectrum file (.ucsf), and save as different save file. And then, copy ornament or specific settings you want to keep from original save file to the new one in the text editor.

When we open it in NMRFAM-SPARKY, we see following message in sparky prompt but Spectra is not displayed.
