Hi Woonghee,

Following the guidance BMRB entry to NMRFAM SPARKY, I download a .str file and converted to sparky list using ns. Then I loaded using ta, select type as N_HSQC. There should be 252 peaks  generated. But when I click transfer, there are only 50peaks  generated. If I choose Simulate, 356  peaks  are generated which many of them with tag s-H_s or _s and many ambiguities. What could be the problem?

Thank you,
Guowei

You can use Print window to generate postscript file.
Simply click Save button in the Print window, and save a file with an extension .ps
If you want to use integers for boundaries, use NMRFAM-SPARKY version which has a fix for that.

Hello,

I would like to save my Sparky file as either a .ps or as a .pdf.

When I click the Save option from the pt screen, the only file extension options are .save and .proj.  When I click Print from the pt screen, that screen disappeared and the text window says Printing 1 page without verifying which printer (or PDF generator) it should use.  It does not appear to create any file or printout.

Since .ps appears to be what is supposed to be the default format, and I dont have that option, how can I export the file?

Using Sparky on Windows 7.

Thank you,

J
